We do our best to make sure all items
that are shown are made available to you. However, from
time to time, manufacturers change models, specifications,
patterns, and pricing , and it becomes necessary to
substitute items. We reserve the right to substitute
items and/or change the corresponding points to reflect
those changes. Should a suitable substitute is not found,
we will advise you that a new selection be made.
Getting The Goods
We do our best to ship most items within
3-7 days of receipt of order. We will advise you if
it takes longer that this. Around major holidays and
special occasions, things get quite busy so we recommend
that you place any orders well in advance. Also, sometimes
not all items are shipped together for obvious reasons
so you may receive several shipments to complete your
Damaged Or Missing Shipments
When your package arrives, DO NOT SIGN
until you check the contents to see if there is any
damage. If damage is evident, please refuse the shipment.
Sign only for the number of cartons and items received
in good condition. If there is a problem, please call
our office as soon as you can.
Most of the items are covered by the
manufacturer's warranty. For service information, please
refer to the warranty card or brochure that may be included
with your item(s). Returns are sometimes possible, however,
no returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

of a discrepancy, we reserve the right to notify you
about any changes.
